Hello, my name is Carina, I teach children to swim from the ages of 4 upwards. I specialise in all abilities, teaching swimming in small groups in private pools. Following the learn to swim awards.

I assess each child individually and teach small groups of children and aim at improving water confidence and developing their technique. I ensure that lessons are fun and challenging and set targets for each child to achieve.

These targets lead to an award of a badge and certificate which celebrates their achievements using the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme whilst learning the four main strokes.

Water Safety awards 1 - 3

• Children learn how to keep safe in the water.

• How to seek help and ways to attract attention.

Intensive and term time lessons are available.

I aim to get children swimming 10 meters in deep water quickly and safely progressing on to Swim England Awards scheme while learning stroke technique.

Swimming lessons take place during school term time, and intensive swimming courses and the BSAC Snorkelling Course and take place during the school holidays. Lessons last 30 minutes.
